Stem cells, like other medical products that are intended to treat, cure, or prevent diseases or conditions, require FDA approval before they can be marketed. At this time, only stem cell products that consist of blood-forming stem cells (also known as hematopoietic progenitor cells) that are derived from umbilical cord blood are FDA-approved. These products are only approved for use in patients with disorders that affect the production of blood (i.e., the “hematopoietic” system) but they are not approved for other uses.

While our products are produced in an FDA compliant laboratory, they not been approved by the FDA as a treatment or cure. Springs Rejuvenation uses umbilical cord stem cell products only intended for homologous use in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 1271.10 regulations. We do not claim that any application or potential applications of umbilical cord stem cells are FDA-approved.
